OUR LEGACY

Our history is centred in the heart of Botswana and Batswana. With more than 80 years of combined experience, our medical practitioners are the hospital's heart.

Tribute to our Founding Member: Dr Kavita Sant (1946 – 2020):

Francistown Academic Hospital was her vision and mission; her energy and guidance were our drivers during the pre-operative and early months. She will forever be remembered and celebrated for her powerful intellect and inclusive heart and for being an excellent example of universal womanhood. We take some consolation and much comfort in the guidance and pathway she laid down for INDUS, and we pledge to follow it as she would have expected.
