Key Outputs

ROLE SUMMARY: Involves close work with Management, aligning Human Resource Budgets in line with the Care and Business Plans. Hospital Wide Talent Planning and back it up with talent attraction. Payroll, Attendance, Off-Site Works Management and relate that to remuneration/reward, Employee Benefits Programme, Legal and Regulatory Compliance. Disciplinary Hearings, Retrenchment. Rewards and benefits Programme. Performance Management.

Other Information

c) Essential: minimum 5 years experience. Preferably in hospital/health environment with demonstrated understanding of the domain. Experience in HR at a responsible position in suitable industry.
