a) PURPOSE: Passionate about healing foods and kitchens, committed to customer delight, alleviating suffering through food and nutrition. Understands and respects peoples religious dietary choices.
b) ROLE SUMMARY: Make and implement policies for the departments in line with hospitals mission and vision to Provide medical nutrition therapy for patients. Assess patients’ nutritional needs, develop and implement nutrition programs by managing/co-managing the hospital food-service. Evaluate and report the results. Confer with doctors and other health care professionals in order to coordinate medical and dietary needs.
c) ESSENTIAL : 2 years’ experience as a dietician. Qualification in Dietics. Registration with relevant council.
